Persian Cat

{Persian Cat Hair Colors}

The Persians have a vast and fascinating range of colors and designs.

They can be black, blue, red, cream, white, tortoiseshell, blue, cream, cinnamon (cinnamon), silver (silver), golden (golden).

If the basis of their hair is uniformly light, they are called smoke (black smoke, blue smoke, etc). The design of the dress may be of solid color, blotched tabby (marbled), striped tabby, spotted tabby (mottled), or with a mixture of white and other colors, either solid color or tabby. The Persian cat may also have items such as the Siamese, and it is called in this case Persian colorpoint.

In solid colors, it should not be any drawings, hair or other clear color tone. Subjects with black eyes have orange or copper. When the color of the hair is blue (the rarest), then the dress is lavender and orange or copper eyes intense. The subjects of cream from a cross between white and red Persians, their dress, which does not have shades, has a color ranging from ivory to yellow and pale fawn and their eyes are orange or copper.

The variety of red dress is also very difficult to obtain as desired, the color is a uniform orange-red and copper colored eyes. In the white-haired variety, the eyes are blue, orange or yellow. The range includes multicolor eyes given to the color of the dress. In tabby varieties, colors allowed, for example, are the brown tabby with a base color of sand, black stripes and orange eyes, the silver tabby, with a base color of pale silver, black markings and green eyes or hazel, the red tabby whose hair is brown and intense orange or copper eyes; the cameo tabby, with a base color cream and red marks, and the blue tabby, with the ivory dress with gray-blue marks, the cream tabby, whose base color is cream with tan stripes and copper eyes.
